The Prepare solution provides a complete system to house multiple performance programmes and track candidate progression.
This end-to-end system will be designed and built in close collaboration with the UK Army. It will be continually optimised to get results.
Desired Outcomes:
- Improved female pass rates at Army Assessment Centres by 26% (from 67% to 93%).
- Improved male pass rates at Army Assessment Centres by 7% (from 93% to 100%)
- Enhanced performance and reduced injury rates at Basic Training.
